The current edition of the Homesearch market reports are built to be viewed online as each time the page is visited, you'll be alerted to a vendors activity. On top of this, there are plenty of ways for the vendor to get in touch.
"But if I've emailed the report to a vendor already, why would they need to get in touch again?"
Great question, convenient and imaginary dear reader! That's an excellent hypothetical scenario that will allow me to segue into the Homesearch intro pages.
The Homesearch intro pages have been designed to dispatch Market Reports to people you haven't spoke to yet, which will hopefully set you up with all new inbound leads.
Specifically we'll cover how we use intro pages to reach out to vendors currently for sale via another agent.
Firstly however we need to create a market report for the property you plan on touting. You can find out more about creating reports here.
Once you have a market report created for the property you wish to reach out to, navigate back to the reports page;
From this page, you'll need to click on the 3 dots to the right of a market report and then click on 🖨️ Download Intro Page.
This will save a PDF document with linking QR code to your online market report. An example can be seen below. This single page document could be then reuploaded into Homesearch as a PDF letter and dispatched to the corresponding on-market property. Of course, you are also most welcome hand delivering it to the property if you prefer a more direct approach.
Designing your own intro page
The other way of promoting your market reports, is via the downloadable QR code. The same one we automatically display on the Intro Page above. The above Intro Page is great if you're in a hurry, but if you want a more bespoke approach, you can obtain this QR code in an image format to add to your own letters or print media.
This QR code, could then be added to the top of a bespoke header or footer, incorporated into a letter you've designed yourself or any other print material you plan on posting to those on-market properties.
