Are you looking to share your bespoke Market Report with a Vendor, Landlord or Buyer?
To share a market report you have completed, navigate to the Reports section at the top of your Window.
On this page, you’ll see your history of previously created market reports. If you can't find the one you’re looking for, you can always search for it via the postcode of the property in question via the right-hand side search box at the top of the page.
Once you have located you preferred market report to share, click on the vertical 3 dots towards the right of the market report line. There are several ways in which you can now share this online report with your homeowner.
Copy link
This is the simplest way to share your market report. Once you have the URL on your computers clipboard, you can paste it directly into an email you’re creating or embed it as a hyperlink behind text.
If you are looking to share a URL or Market Report link directly, this is the safer way to copy said link. If you copy the URL of the Market Report from the web browser itself, the last digit can be missed off, rendering your link incomplete. While copying the link like the image above will copy the link in full. Allowing you to share it without error.
Download intro page
Our current market reports are designed to be viewed online, but that doesn’t mean we can’t direct your homeowner to these reports via physical print. If you select download intro page, a singe cover page with linking QR code will be saved to your PC or mac. This can then be printed in house or uploaded into Homesearch and dispatched to a homeowner via our mailing systems.
This method has been known to be a successful way of canvassing properties on the market.
Download QR code
If you prefer to not use our intro pages, or need the QR code featured on it elsewhere, you can save an individual QR code for your report. This could be added to the top of a letter allowing your homeowner to access your market report via a plethora of physical print methods.
