Looking to finish a Market Report you left in drafts yesterday? Or looking to update a Market Report you've already made?
Sometimes you won’t have enough time to finish that report you started. Or you have completed a pre-valuation report, but now you’ve been to the property, you would like to update the existing report with your valuation and add in comparable properties. Luckily, you can edit any previously created Market Report
To edit a previously built Market Report or continue one you had started, but left as a draft, navigate to the Reports section at the top of your Window.
On this page, you’ll see your history of previously created market reports. If you can't find the one you’re looking for, you can always search for it via the postcode of the property in question via the right-hand side search box at the top of the page.
Once you have located you preferred market report to edit, click on the vertical 3 dots towards the right of the market report line and select edit report.
You will now be taken to the start of the report creation process for you to complete and or edit as you see fit.
It’s important to note that your edit will not change the URL of the report. So if you have already sent this report via email to a prospective vendor, they will see your updates the next time the click on their link.
