This is our first article, we'll introduce you to your customer relation team, take a look at the new tool on the block and unpack some recent return on investment for one of our clients.
Good news for return on investment
Recently the Homesearch team conducted a deep dive ROI into one of our clients and their canvassing activities last year.
This agency has multiple branches across the home counties as well as offices just outside the Cotswolds. One of the key factors to their success is their consistent use of both the Prospector and Explorer tools.
What we found was that during 2023, Homesearch helped them secure 232 instructions with a total property value over £93 million!
More interestingly, 199 of these instructions came from off-market Explorer letters, rather than the on-market opportunities provided via Prospector. So while this first newsletter is mainly themed on automating your on-market prospecting, freeing you and your team up for other tasks (more on that later), Off-market canvassing continues to be incredibly lucrative.
But what does this mean for other agents? How many letters would you need to send to achieve something similar? Well, as it turns out, this agency landed an instruction for every 114 letters dispatched!
While we cannot promise like-for-like success as results can depend on letter content and local brand presence, we can offer to review your off-market canvassing.
