Re:Contact, is not just a product, but a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. It is a result of countless hours of dedication, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

In the past few months, we have been focusing more on listening to clients like you. From the feedback received, two main concerns were voiced:

  • Clients want to prioritise calling contacts who are most likely to become opportunities. Currently, finding the right people at the right time is too challenging.
  • Many clients feel that too many agents are relying on too many similar letters, making it difficult to stand out in their local market.
These two pieces of feedback serve as the fundamental foundation for Re:Contact. The aim is to address and resolve these issues from day one.

Re:Contact is built with commitment to rapid and continuous improvement, using your feedback to guide our development process. We’ll continue to listen and adapt to your needs to offer a service that truly supports you in achieving your business goals.

Data we've gathered from a trial in Q1 2024 shows that 53% of clients’ CRM contacts had not been engaged since prior to 2020. With so much data at your fingertips, it's important to know how to make the most out of it.

Click here to register your interest if you have a sizeable database that you're worried about not making the most of. Or if your worried about contacts you've invested time and money into acquiring, slipping through the cracks and listing with other agents.

Article of the Month

As we aim to encourage even more meaningful conversations with past contacts with Re:Contact. It's prudent to also highlight how the data within Homesearch Pro can help build on that rapport via a cheat sheet on each property in the UK.

How Negotiators can best use property data

Top tip of the month

When you find yourself in a busy market, it's crucial to maintain the momentum that propelled you there. It can be tempting to ease up or alter your approach when the diary is full of valuations and viewings, but remember, consistency is key to long-term success. Pausing the very activities that led to your current success could inadvertently stall your progress.

The year in data (so far)

Just like last issue, we've been tracking the average property value for sales agreed so far in 2024 (January stats are in issue 2).

For almost all regions, property prices on sales agreed are still on the rise;

Some of the clearest examples of this have been in the South East (for the second month in a row) and London;

We've also been tracking the average time to sell a property during February, March and April. Again, on average properties are selling faster then they were in previous months, with the aforementioned increase in buyer confidence in issue 2 of Homesearch Monthly

As always, we're happy for you to use this same information within your own marketing if you're interested in sharing these stats within your canvassing or social media pages.
