What to do if you have forgotten your password and how to reset this
This is nice a simple. On our log in screen we have a 'forgotten password' button. Click here to begin resetting your log in details.
You will then need to fill in the email address that your account is registered under
A green box will appear. If your email address matches one we have registered you will be sent an email from us to reset your password. If it does not it may mean your email is not recognised and you may need to contact someone from our support team.
If the above does not work / your email address doesn't match please contact a member of the support team on support@homesearch.co.uk
