UPRN:

I.e. the OS key for the address.

If you do not have UPRN, we can use UDPRN (royal mail ID)
if you do not have UPRN or UDPRN - please supply all the fields of the address and
we will match it. (i.e. address 1, address 2, address 3, address 4, postcode)

Postcode:

The postcode of the address


ClientID:

This is your own company Unique Identifier for this address that you have
in your CRM. (we use this to ensure when you upload data in the future, we don’t
duplicate addresses)


CRMURL:

Where you want us to direct your user to when they click the CRM button.
LastActivity: This is when you last updated the record in your CRM (useful for your
team members to see quickly that you haven't spoken to the client for X months /
years)


[optional] LastValuation:

This is the date you last did a sales valuation


[optional] LastLettingValuation:

When you last did a market appraisal for lettings
