How to cancel a letter job

Accidentally sent letters that you didn't want to or realised a mistake?

If you have already sent your letters to our printer and realize that you have made an error or have changed your mind, there is no need to worry! You have the option to easily cancel the entire job, and the credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

It is important to note that the timeframe for cancelling the job depends on how quickly you catch the mistake. You can cancel a job anytime up until midnight of the day of creation. Our print team will usually process the letters the next working day, so you'll have until the end of the day to correct any mistakes. 

In the event that you want to cancel a job sent the day before, you will not be able to cancel the job yourself. However, you can reach out to our support team via support@homesearch.co.uk, and we will do our best to cancel it from our end. While it may not always be possible, we will assist you to the best of our ability.

 

To cancel a job yourself, just follow these steps:

 

1 - Navigate to your letter history page.

2 - Click Letter history

3 - Locate the job you'd like to cancel and click cancel job

4- Confirm the job is the job you'd like to cancel and click cancel job
