How to find homes and congratulate them on their moving anniversary
Celebrating a home move anniversary can be very exciting for homeowners whether it is 1 year, 2 years or even 10 years. It is super easy to find properties that transacted in a certain period and target these homes with the use of our sold date filter. Filter for all properties that transacted in a particular month to send monthly campaigns or maybe target everyone in one hit and filter for the whole year instead.
1. Type in the area that you want to target, this might be a whole district (i.e. CB11), a town or even a custom drawn search.
2. Use our advance filter to select owner occupier to chop out any tenanted homes
3. Use Sold date to select a date range you would like to target. I.e. all homes that completed within Jan 2013 or all homes that completed from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013.
TAKE IT ONE STEP FURTHER
Filter by property type to make sure it is a relevant message. I.e. filter for 3 bedroom homes to give a good example of how property prices have increased for that specific house type Then do a separate campaign for 5 bedroom homes as the values will differ.
